Most of our customers obtain remote installation, configuration and basic training for initial rXg deployment. Our remote services are supported by a web-based shared desktop system as well as optional video conferencing that brings the presence of our engineering talent to you over the Internet.
For those customers that wish to have on-site services, we send out qualified engineers to any place in the world. Whether you are close to us in North America or as far as Afghanistan, we have engineers, ready, willing and able to travel to make your rXg deployment a success.
We also offer revenue generating network design and auditing services for operators who are just getting started or who wish to improve their network. These services allow an operator of any size to leverage our engineering team's experience in design, implementation and maintenance of the most profitable and complex IP-based revenue generating networks on the planet.
